Minister outlaws satirical websites.
DoWFET, The Department of Websites, Flash and Electric Telephones, has
outlawed a number of scurrilous, allegedly funny, satire websites in an
effort to stem the flow of evil, it has emerged.
Speaking from his Chaise longue in the pipe-smoking wing of DoWFET's
London offices, Minister Earl Url of Slashdot Snoring outlined the move
to a group of attentive young ladies suggestively draped around him in
lightweight negligees.
"The Department of Social Scrutiny has promised me that the Government
is embarking on a three year programme which will eventually block this
scum from our screens, but until then I urge members of the public not
to visit these sites or they will be nailed to a log and have their
dirty, filth-infected eyes pecked-out by ravens at the Tower."
