The Department of Social Scrutiny has re-released Part 1 of its voluntary Identity Card application form - D0551er - as the "first strike in the National Battle Against All Forms Of Evil", it has emerged.
Speaking at the launch, Alan Bladder, the Minister of Truth and Other Information, described the new campaign as "still voluntary, just even more so." He later added, "I would strongly urge the nation to get behind the voluntary application process, because a free society needs more voluntary sector activity. In the light of this, I have decided that volunteering will itself soon become mandatory."
