British Table Manners - Part I: The Specialist Cutlery Guide

This excerpt from the Department of Social Scrutiny's original leaflet How Extended Etiquette Affects Me, the Generic Face in the Crowd was withdrawn from circulation when a number of non-crustacean deaths followed the import of black market Lobster Defibrillators.

It was, therefore, dropped from the forthcoming compulsory guide to Britishness, Britain: What A State, available from all obedient bookshops, from October 7, 2005.
